Yes you can assemble your own systems and components if you have the necessary electro mechanical skills. A solar panel is just a larger assembly of individual solar cells wired into a series / parallel configuration for the desired output and mounted into a carrier frame.
You can also buy individual components and bolt together a small system. Companies like Northern Tool sell kits

The add claims you can build a solar panel for $200 . I doubt that what you can build for $200 would be up to your expectations. You’ll probably end up spending several thousand for a decent sized system to provide some inverted AC power.

Actually I like it. I think you did a good job. The colors you chose and the contrast is good. The menus work, and are fast, and the graphics and pictures are good too.
I’d only make one suggestion and that is to put some kind of heading or title telling people what they’ve found if the find your site by accident, or get to it by blindly clicking on another link.
