		<description>Yes but by the time you buy your cells the glass the ribbon the frame  and get use to soldering them without breaking its cheaper to just to buy them used . If you don't build them right your waisting your money . There is so much more to it then just building panels . You really need to study up on it before throwing  your money out the door . If your going to do anything at all you would be best off doing as the other poster said and try to build a magnetic motor .&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
