    I disagree with you here that people should not be critical because of the content of the message in this video.
    Solar energy should not have an image of people who aren’t even able of giving a decent presentation.
    As mentioned before, I urge my students to focus on many items before holding a presentation, you can make or break important deals with it.
    Professional image is essential in this.
    It is not as easy as it seems and requires specific skills.

    23 uhm’s in 2 minutes (from 2:00 to 4:00). That’s 1 uhm per 5.21 sec. If she kept this average, that equates to 661 uhms in the 57 minutes she spoke. I hope she listens to this, as she probably is not aware how often she’s doing it.

    Presentation skills …
    Presentation skills is underestimated in many schools and universities, leading to poor performance later on.
    The first thing I telI people when I train them on presentation skills is to speak slowly.
    Your public needs to digest the information, which requires time.
    Another benifit is that you avoid saying Uhm and/or making other starnge noises all the time.
    I hope the speaker in this video takes my advice constructively; she seemed very nervous and new to giving presentations at the time.
