		<description>Hello, perhaps I can help you.  I represent a company that is doing something different as to solar panels.  Rent!  Yes, rather than paying the up-front cost, which can be very expensive, we offer the opportunity to rent the panels and at the cost you now pay for electricity.
One can lock in one&#39;s electric rate for up to 25 years so when your electric company raises their rates yours will remain the same cost as per contract selected (1 yr, 5 yrs, 25 yrs).
We expect to start installing by late 2008 for those who sign up early (at no cost).  We offer low-cost solar to homeowners in the United States only at this time.  Check it out...
